Plan My Walk: From Bush Tracks to Red Carpets
We’d like to thank all Plan My Walk users, friends, followers, and industry partners as we reflect on the past 12 months of our Plan My Walk journey.
Earlier this month, some of the MSC team attended the 2023 TVNZ-NZ Marketing Awards, where we were finalists for two awards for our Plan My Walk marketing strategy:
- Excellence in Marketing Communication Strategy
- Excellence in Non-for-Profit Marketing Strategy
The TVNZ-NZ Marketing Awards celebrate the strategic and creative thinking that goes into award-winning marketing. While we didn’t take home the wins this year, we still had an incredible time taking a moment to reflect on our campaign success, and celebrate our epic achievements since launching Plan My Walk in 2021, including being the 2022 winners of the TVNZ-NZ Marketing Awards - Excellence in Marketing Communication Strategy award.
As a small not-for-profit team, all those all the early mornings, late nights, elaborate spreadsheets and brainstorming sessions that went into our latest Plan My Walk campaign, seeing our name alongside some massive national and international brands and agencies, for the 4th year in a row, is pretty surreal.
We would like to thank Somar Digital as Plan My Walk developers, our marketing agency Hemisphere, and all of our friends, followers and partners who have contributed to Plan My Walk.
But the biggest shout out of all goes to everyone who has used Plan My Walk, left reviews, helped test the app and told their mates about it. Everything we do is to help all of you plan safe and successful adventures in the great outdoors, and make it home at the end of your trip.
